Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partners, with warehouses located across multiple U.S. states. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Multiple Shipments:
Items may ship from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each package if your order is split.
Freight Deliveries (Oversized Items):
Larger items (e.g., outdoor furniture sets, garden structures) may ship via freight. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. White-glove delivery may be available in select areas—contact us before placing your order.
International Shipping
We ship select products internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination and item(s) in your cart.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Restrictions:
Due to size or carrier limitations, some products may not be eligible for international shipping. If a product cannot be shipped to your country, it will be noted during checkout.
Order Tracking:
All international orders come with tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking to activate after dispatch.
Shipping Delays or Issues
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or warehouse transfers. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you and provide updates as we receive them.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
